Description

Professional Six-Wheel Custom Conversion Service

Transform an eligible 2024+ donor vehicle into a custom six-wheel vehicle with an extended rear section and widebody exterior through Kubay Design, which combines structural workshop craft, custom body panels, and professional finishing into one coordinated project.

Our team changes the vehicle at both a structural and visual level by planning the chassis extension, bodywork, and exterior package as one integrated system, where the finished build follows a clean G800-inspired direction without presenting the vehicle as an official factory model.

G800-Inspired Exterior Design & Widebody Transformation

The G800-style widebody conversion gives the latest platform a wider and more aggressive appearance, which includes an extended rear body, custom panels, and coordinated styling components, while wider arches help balance the longer six-wheel proportions.

Our workshop team agrees the final finish with the client before production, allowing projects to use body-color surfaces, dark contrast details, or another approved combination, although photographs remain visual references because every donor and specification can differ.

Base Exterior Work Includes

  • Complete exterior transformation: finished with a G800-inspired widebody design.
  • Chassis and drivetrain extension: engineered for complete six-wheel modification.
  • Extended rear bodywork: finished with custom pickup bed panels.
  • Widebody styling components: fitted with flared wheel arches and bumper upgrades.
  • Professional workshop assembly: finished with custom paint and structural alignment.

Please note that wheels, tires, brakes, suspension parts, exhaust components, lighting, and carbon elements count as included only when the final quotation explicitly lists them. Explore additional vehicle upgrades in our Shop or view custom builds in Our Projects.

Optional Cabin Upgrade & Customization

A full custom interior upgrade is available as a separate option, which can follow the exterior concept through selected materials, colors, trim, and equipment.

First, the client approves the general design direction, and then our team records the selected materials and features in the project specification to ensure you receive a clear scope before cabin production begins.

Optional upgrade notice: the base price does not include interior upgrades, leather grades, seat functions, multimedia equipment, or lighting systems, which require confirmation in the final quotation.

Compatibility & Vehicle Verification Requirements

This service targets the latest platform from 2024 onward and does not automatically suit earlier generations because body panels, electronics, and mounting details differ significantly.

Before ordering the 2024 six-wheel build, please send the VIN, production date, exact model, clear vehicle photographs, and details of previous repairs or existing modifications, as appearance alone cannot confirm compatibility due to aftermarket exterior conversion kits.

Production Schedule & Workshop Standards

The estimated production time is five to six months, although donor condition, selected options, component availability, and approval stages may affect the final schedule.

Our team completes the conversion work at its workshop facility in Chełm, Poland, checking chassis alignment, body fitment, and finish quality before preparing the completed build for collection or agreed transport.

The listed price covers the conversion labor described in the confirmed project scope, whereas transport, customs costs, registration, certification, and unlisted options require separate confirmation.
