This Shipping Policy explains how Kubay Design (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles the delivery of products purchased through kubaydesign.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Regions of Delivery
We ship orders worldwide, with the exception of:
- Countries under international sanctions
- Countries officially recognized as sponsors of terrorism
- Regions affected by active military conflict (shipping to these locations may be evaluated individually based on feasibility)
If delivery to your region is not possible, we will notify you immediately.
2. Shipping Methods
Important notice:
Express shipping rates apply to parcels up to 70 kg.
Shipping costs for heavy or oversized items (over 70 kg) are calculated individually based on destination, volume, and transport method. Our team will contact you after checkout.
We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:
Express Shipping
Fast worldwide delivery via DHL, UPS, DPD, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days.
This method provides accelerated transit but may involve higher shipping fees.
Standard Shipping
More economical delivery via EMS, USPS, or Poczta Polska.
Estimated delivery time: 10–30 business days depending on destination.
Local Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up their orders directly from one of our workshop locations.
No shipping fee applies to this option.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated individually for each item based on:
- Package size and weight
- Shipping method selected
- Destination country
The final shipping price will be displayed at checkout or communicated before payment.
4. Order Processing Time
Processing times vary depending on product availability:
- In-stock items: typically processed within 1–5 business days
- Out-of-stock items: may require 1–2 weeks to restock
- Custom-made or specialized items: may require additional production time
If additional delays occur, we will contact you immediately to provide updated information.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
You can:
- Track your shipment using the provided tracking link
- Contact us directly for assistance with tracking—our team is always ready to help
6. Returns and Exchanges
We cover return shipping costs only in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is incorrect or does not match the description
- The item does not fit due to our error
To process a return, the customer must provide photos or videos confirming the issue. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
If the customer:
- changes their mind,
- received the correct item but does not wish to keep it,
- or wants to exchange it for a different model or version,
then return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For the return address, please contact us directly.
7. Additional Charges
All additional charges—including customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or administrative fees—are the responsibility of the customer and are assessed by their local authorities.
Kubay Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any additional fees charged during import.
