Engineered Before They’re Ever Forged

Long before a wheel takes physical shape, it exists as a precise 3D model. As co-owners of the facility, our engineers work directly alongside the production team, using advanced CAD design and CNC machining to prototype every spoke geometry and center bore, ensuring the final wheel matches the design down to the millimeter — whether it’s a deep-dish classic profile or an aggressive multi-spoke pattern.

From Raw Billet to Finished Rim

Each wheel begins life as a solid aluminum billet, which is precision-machined on CNC lathes — a process that removes the majority of the raw material to reveal the wheel’s true form, spoke pattern, and barrel profile. This forged construction results in a wheel that’s both significantly lighter and structurally stronger than a standard cast rim, directly improving handling, unsprung weight, and overall ride quality.
